I LOVE this quote ! It arrived at my house on a card in the mail from a friend of many years who has spent many years searching for God We had just attended her baptism this Sunday. Hooray! I sent her an encouraging note afterwards. Today her card arrived with a word of thanks for taking the time to come and celebrate her baptism with her. Let these good words soak in:

Dennis told me about our friend being baptized on Sunday. How awesome. That quote reminds me of my role as a children’s teacher at church. The kids probably will never be able to recite a lesson I “teach” them, but they will remember how I make them feel in class. Hopefully, they feel loved, cared for and valued!
